Watching The World Cup 2010

There will be people travelling from all ove r the world to watch the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Most of the games will take place in Johannesburg however, there are other cities that will host games as well, such as the beach resort city of Cape Town. If you’re lucky enough to make it to the live matches in South Africa, you’ll be preparing to see your favourite team do well or possibly even win. It will be an exciting time for football fans and if you’ve never been to South Africa, then you might go on a few sightseeing trips whilst you’re there.

For example, if you are going to watch any matches in Cape Town, why not head over to one of the most breath taking sights you’ll ever see, Table Mountain. What’s amazing about this flat topped mountain is that it spans almost 2 miles and on one side there’s the famous Devil’s Peak and on the other is Lion’s Head.

If travelling outside the city is not your cup of tea, there are cable cars that tourists can ride in and venture up the side of the mountain and enjoy a nice meal whilst overlooking the valley below. Try to mix in a day or two at the beach and enjoy some fun in the sun. This way you can recharge your batteries before getting amped up whilst watching the live World Cup action in South Africa next year.
